Pulau Sapi @ Tunku Abdul Rahman Parks

Before I proceed to my write up on Pulau Sapi, let me do the duty to carefully explain to you why there are so many people talking about so many islands at the mention of the word, Sabah. Reason why I'm doing so is because whenever people visit KK City, they have very limited time in exploring most of the natural gorgeous attractions, and sometimes ended up just moving around KK City. And when one does that, people would usually end up asking, why are there so many mentions of islands when we get to experience none?  As you can see from the previous Matthew Paul map below; Sabah is situated close to top north of the Borneo Island. That said, it's a privilege to say that tons of islands are under the local towns and cities surrounding the shores of this particular part of Borneo island. From Sipitang (look out from South left), imagine yourself  "walking" from the Sipitang's shore / beach walk up slowly to Menumbuk, Kuala Penyu, Pulau Tiga, Kota Kinabalu, Tun...

From Subang to Adelaide

Listening to - Jason Wade You Belong To Me In about 3 months, I'll be separated with Daren. He could only make it to the last year, but since I'm back then he would probably revise everything. Watching Marley & Me just now didn't help, of course it worsen my situation. I can't find a reason to be excited eventhough I should like everyone else, since it's a new place, new friends. But to me, home is where my heart is and clearly it follows wherever he goes. When I was walking alone to Section 14 to buy some food just now, I almost cried remembering all the good memories we've shared. The wonderful things he has done for me, the beautiful things he has said to me it's the kind of pain that I know will reopen once I'm there all to myself. I cannot describe that boy's contribution to my growth. He has his remarkable ways in handling life, and I've always looked up at him for being the sweetest person any girl could have ever met. I've done lo...

One Night at Manukan Island at Sutera Sanctuary Lodge

We were supposed to go somewhere for Jessy's birthday, I wasn't quite sure how we decided on the island, but that was a pretty sweet decision. By day, the island was brimming with tourists and families, but by evening as the sun sets colouring the sky, it becomes a quiet isolation and absolutely stunning to enjoy an evening walk by. If you ever had the chance to stay overnight in a small island, please try it. We stayed at Sutera Sanctuary Lodges, cost us about RM 500nett for three of us. We woke up slightly earlier around 9am to enjoy the beach and swim when no one was there yet. Well Jessy did the swimming. I had a wedding to keep my tan lines even the week after so I kinda hid from the sun 😌 The unit though, almost chalet like was quite huge! The bathroom itself felt like an entire unit, with unique tiles that go right up to the top. Very luxurious. And. it. has. windows. looking. out. the. room! Each unit has its own balcony, which makes a perfect place ...
