Pre-Departure Update

Pre-departure talk: DONE (one of the speaker was hot, it's a she mind you)
OSCH : PAID
AirTickets: DONE

The rest will only be done later, or only when I'm in Adelaide. Fingers crossed everything will turn out fine.

But, Carmen, Cindy and I bought the tickets right after orientation and we'll definitely miss the whole ice-breaking thing. And to my kind, most generous friends there in Adelaide; I hope you guys won't mind showing us around campus to make sure we won't get lost and have anxiety attack or something ;)

So for those who are wondering, I'm leaving on Friday, July 17, 9.50 pm and will reach there early in the morning, around 7am.

Good luck in Adelaide, Australia...Jacqkie!!...a new life in a strange new enviroment....by the way...how long are you goin to be there to continue furthering your studies??...and exactly what course are u taking there??...heheheheh...but i don't think the communication students there would have an anxiety attack....showing u girls around....better yet...you would most likely get lost going to a destination....or would exhaust yourself with pure fun....hahahah...anyway....enjoy yourselves there...!!

Before I proceed to my write up on Pulau Sapi, let me do the duty to carefully explain to you why there are so many people talking about so many islands at the mention of the word, Sabah. Pulau Mantanani // Mantanani Island

I started off my 10 day break with a day trip to Mantanani. I wanted to visit Mantanani for THE LONGEST TIME, but couldn’t get around doing so all these while, either I haven’t saved up enough or basically, just haven’t got the weekends to spare it with.   Some folks call it the mermaid island because of the dugong sightings underwater – which is seriously magical. Some folks even say you could catch a glimpse of dolphins. One Night at Manukan Island at Sutera Sanctuary Lodge

We were supposed to go somewhere for Jessy's birthday, I wasn't quite sure how we decided on the island, but that was a pretty sweet decision. By day, the island was brimming with tourists and families, but by evening as the sun sets colouring the sky, it becomes a quiet isolation and absolutely stunning to enjoy an evening walk by. If you ever had the chance to stay overnight in a small island, please try it. We stayed at Sutera Sanctuary Lodges, cost us about RM 500nett for three of us. We woke up slightly earlier around 9am to enjoy the beach and swim when no one was there yet. Well Jessy did the swimming. I had a wedding to keep my tan lines even the week after so I kinda hid from the sun 😌 The unit though, almost chalet like was quite huge!
