Dear Mum,

I have such nice perks in this industry, I would like to confess and righteously admit that. I am very thankful to my office . Things that I thought were once myth or could only hoped for is slowly happening. #1 #2 "No one, is as lucky as us. We're not at the end."- Paramore #3 A gigantic box full of Kotex WOW Trial Pads, courtesy of Kotex of course. #4 A bag full of Adidas Toiletries for the two boys who has loved and appreciated my friendship, regardless of everything. #5 5 days of absolutely computer-free holiday. Mum, I am counting my blessings :) Thank you for allowing me to experience these . Love & peace, Jacqueline Rowena @ Jacqkie.

While I still have the urge to type last night out by bits

When you put a bunch of adrenaline rush junkies in a VIP area where all you meet are (what seemed like) a bunch of famous people, mix it with the free flow of alcohol concoctions, sweet ones I might add, jumble them up with drop dead gorgeous urbanites equipped with their absolute love for parties and socialising - you get, a pretty much scandalous night. Think plenty of upskirts, and you're not supposed to make out with me kinda scenes. Like how bestfriend Khoo ended up on stage again, this time infront of possibly about 4, 000 people. Doing his MJ square dance. It was really good to see him again. Missed him terribly. Or like how your drunk good friend kept looking at you, like he's undressing you, layer by layer, piece by piece. Over, and over again. Oh God. And how you almost fell (face first, ass jutting out second) thrice at the same spot. You know what the drunkards always question, WHY ARE THERE STAIRS HERE?! Really, at an event like this people should be allowed to tak

I'd like a new kite :)

There's something strangely therapeutic about seeing your kites fly high. Life's been a little crazy lately, am married to my work. In whatever disguises they are, I am always working. Participating in working related stuff :) ChurpChurp Fly Kite Day @ Taylor's University Today the whole world knows about 'Uncle Ken'. When Daren (the boyfriend) was about 5 years old, and was given a Ken, Barbie doll's significant other, (it's a Barbie Doll regardless - there's no such thing as a 'male doll' okay baby stop defending yourself), Daren calls his doll 'Uncle Ken' because he thought it was a polite thing to do since Ken looked older than him. AWWWWWWWW. WHO DOES THAT?! I almost got a heart attack from laughing. Love & peace, Jacqueline Rowena @ Jacqkie.

Halloween @ October 30

It's back! Wait for your invites and see you there! *Ever since the discovery of Flickr , I'm allergic to compressed photos. Love & peace, Jacqueline Rowena @ Jacqkie.

All you need is love.

I love unconventional love stories. The oddities are hilarious, but most touching. Why do most people run from things that are strange and foreign to them, and not choose to learn and love them? Love & peace, Jacqueline Rowena @ Jacqkie.

Why MSN is the shiznit

Because the night before I changed his MSN Display Name to 'Sexy Beast' ; Among other important issues we talk about. Like, who'll be the next Superhero. As you all can see from the amount of dialogues each of us had - I AM THE MOST INNOCENT ONE. *halo around head* Love & peace, Jacqueline Rowena @ Jacqkie.

Hennessy Artistry @ Malaysia International Exhibition & Convention Centre, Mines Resort City

How does 4,000 club goers dancing to bright lights while jiving to Kardinal Offishal, Da Mouth, DJ Alex Dreamz, Mizz Nina, Deja Voodoo Spells & FoulWorks, Ms. Eva T and with the best concoction of drinks in your hand sounds like? Sounds like Hennessy Artisry biggest bash of the year to me! No I'm serious. Check out last year's finale crowd : Only Hennessy Artistry can pull of this crazy yearlong parties. I never knew about Hennessy Artistry's biggest bash - since I was in Aussie for the second part of the year last year until I saw these photos. Crazy weh. Last Hennessy Artistry was kinda late for me - reached there about 10.30PM so when we reached the VIP area wanting to try out the drinks, there was already this metres long queue :( Housemate kinda pushed me in and I got our drinks in mere minutes! Hehehe. Other than that, we also realised that we could actually request for the drinks from the waiter and waitress. HEE. Photos from Hennessy Artistry's Facebook Page

Medea

Kent promised to meet up with me for lunch but after almost an hour or so waiting alone - I realised I was (instinctively) drawn to all my theatrical skills that I learned back in Uni when I'm alone, observing. They were, 1. Describing live characters in detail (usually the ones that attract me the most) 2. Listening attentively to conversations around me 3. Basically then create my own drama from all that I've picked up The epitome of theatre, is conflict. Our lives are nothing but a series of jumbled up events that comprises of interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts. Plots are never derived from contentment. Never. "O Romeo, Romeo! wherefore art thou Romeo? Deny thy father and refuse thy name. Or if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love And I'll no longer be a Capulet." William Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet. Theatres' background and environment descriptions will not be spoonfed at it's entirety. It leaves most to dialogues - hence the hour long monolo

Eins, zwei, drei, g'suffa!

October is a special month! :) It's filled with birthdays of - yours truly, Mummy 's, Sway's, Karen's... among many other. October is when I toast to happy days the most. Wishing for all good things ahead of us. This October however is extra, extra special. At least it should be. Say hello to Oktoberfest! :) Undoubtedly, September was a crazy month for me. The nuffies (namely Yuen , Michelle and Fresh ) and I almost everyday come to office with the craziest of workload on us. But if there's one thing special with these bunch of people as well is the fact that we can really have fun after all the craziness. So this month our plan is to attend as many Oktoberfests' parties scattered around as we could. So we covered Souled Out Hartamas last Friday, maybe Sid's TTDI next Thursday, and of course Laundry Bar the next day which also falls on a Friday! Yeay! :) *fingers crossed - work will be merciful on us these nights* After a long day of work, the g

Happy 55th gorgeous!
